Mamba

mamba2mamba1

Mamba were a couple of  Luigi XI style beechwood armchairs, produced in the beginning of the last century and later upholstered with an unlikely woven floral motif. Abandoned in a dark basement, under their disguise, the armchairs let half-view their original  capitonné woven upholstery, almost crumpled and badly worn. Mamba has decided to get undressed, throw away the old clothings and choose an original leather corset enveloped in a padded linen snake, as its new look. The snake, extractable and easy washable, is a great alternative to capitonné.
